By accessing or using Ask Ace App by Elementum LLC ("Ask Ace," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Ask Ace App is a voice-first AI assistant that processes spoken queries and provides spoken responses. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ask Ace App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Ask Ace App is provided without warranties of any kind. Elementum LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. AI responses are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Changes to Terms

Elementum LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
